Eric Li

Eric is simply addicted to tango. He believes tango is a conversation between leaders and followers, communicating through a comfortable embrace to express music with natural body movement. He is devoted to unfolding and exploring the natural beauty, fun, juiciness, power, richness and simplicity of tango with his students. And the list goes on! Eric’s tango voyage began in Minneapolis in 2003 with local instructors and he has since traveled to over a dozen different communities across the U.S. to learn tango. Sabine and Eric have been teaching together at the U of M tango club since 2008, and now will do the same at SDS!
